Unfortunately for custom made pieces we do not provide returns or exchanges. During the process of making your items we ask for measurements for your desired fit and it is the responsibility of the client to give accurate measurements. we are here to support you with measurements if you are unsure.
For other items we offer an exchange for any faults upon arrival within the first 5 days which occurred before being worn. we will provide you with a replacement of the item in the same style and colour.
The decision of our exchange policy is due to hygiene reasons that come with selling swimwear and the current situation with Covid hope you understand these guidelines.
